To be fair I could think of a few regions with worse Bronze divisions. I can live being 2nd place region.

But the thing that kills me is I watched a youtuber who didn't believe in elo hell. Then I got into bronze. After not playing ranked for a while, I would say my skill cap is probably around low silver. After getting to my bronze 1 promos..... 6 games in a row with inters/feeders/afk.

Elo hell does exist for new (i.e people who have played for up 1-ish years). After 1 year, (at least if you are pretty invested in the game the whole time) you know what champs to pick that people at that elo don't know how to deal with. At that point you can basically face-roll and win even if your teammates are afk or feeding.

Haha..... Still doesn't help when you try play ez champions like garen and soraka... the only one I have found for low elo is malzahar

Easy does not equal low elo stomper. You gotta play things like Riven, Irelia, Yasuo, Kayle, Tryndamere etc.

Out of my current experience, bronze Yasuo and Riven mains are often not good enough and often feed. Tryndamere and Irelia are really good. I really have never seen a Kayle in bronze. Also, would Fiora and Leblanc work as they are the most skill-based champions I am good with.
