1. Banning Kat because you don't understand how to stun or dodge her
2. Banning Blitz because you're too stupid to move, use the winions to block the pull or counter Blitz with Leona or even Moa (Point and click owns the Blitz/Vayne crappy combo)
3. Banning Riven because under no circumstances would you buy cloth armor ... ever ...

On my first time playing her yesterday, I got a quadra kill (penta was stolen by a draven). I like this champ. I have no idea how she works, and yet can wreck with her. Its kinda bullshit how little skill goes into it.

Pressing buttons doesn't require much skill. It is the timing of when you smash your face into the keyboard that makes or break Kat. I have learned this cause I am picking her up slowly

I actually won a lane vs Vel'Koz as Kata once, but he was REALLY bad Vel, I think he didn't hit single skillshot.
