There was a forum post way back in like 2011 that Nasus was inspired by a developers ex girlfriend who's name was Susan.

Hence the skill names

Okay, so then what about all the herpaderps (I'm honest-to-god sorry, even I cringe saying that but it's for illustrative purposes) that call a good one Susan when it's just the rest of their team feeding 10-15 kills in about as many minutes of the game starting, and he only dies when they come gangbang him 5v1 under turret since he's the only one that is playing with any game sense?

Because that tends to be what I see happen far mor often than not. I'll gladly help when I am in a position to do so but I can't force my teammates to ward and stop picking stupid fights while free gold goes to waste all around them.

I had a game not to long ago where I had 450+ stacks around the 20 minute mark, because no ganks top and the enemy laner kept pushing without being aggressive. I think people mainly say "Susan" to be funny more than as a derogatory remark. The word itself mean nose or sense of smell which is somewhat fitting as he is a large bipedal, jackal headed ascended.

I main Nasus and never really notice if someone says Susan as I just re-translate it to Nasus in my head. I personally enjoy when the enemy team taunts me by calling me out as Susan in All Chat and then I do something like this to them...
