Is it wrong that I prefer the 'Reality' gif? With my experience in tank lanes we usually have an unspoken mutual agreement that we can't hurt eachother, so we farm until our teams call for a TP. "Buhh dats boorring doe!" So? Some of us like calm lanes.

It also gives you time to bond with the other survivor on your deserted island. You can even name them Wilson if you wish...but Wilson doesn't always like to be called Wilson, and may try to kill you in your sleep, so be careful.

I once made friends with the enemy top laner. :D

I was Cho, he was Mao. There was no way we were killing each other without jungler intervention and we both knew it. Early on we tried a few times, but it just resulted in one of us backing off for a little, then going back in to farm. We started making jokes in All Chat and had a /dance party between waves. We synchronised our recalls and built the same things. We were both in 5-man groups, and our teammates thought the entire thing was hilarious so they let us continue farming in top. Unfortunately, his team's bot lane got really far ahead and my team couldn't salvage things. Around 30 minutes into the game I told the Mao that I was sorry, but I needed to try to help my team. The enemy Vi was the main problem and even though I had built pure tank (my only damage item was RoA) she shredded me in seconds. We lost the game, but it was one of the most fun games I've played in a really long time. Mao and I added each other, but we never really got to play with each other.

Fast forward about two months...
I'm Cho top again with the same 5-man team and in the -VS- screen I see a familiar name on the enemy team. While he was Shyvana and not Mao, I was again against the same person. Those that remembered the game made a lot of jokes in chat again, and even though he probably could have killed me this time, we did the same passive-farm thing. We didn't get the same items this time, but we did both pick one 'weird' item from the other's build and get that. He got my RoA and I got his BotRK. (Seeing Cho with BotRK is hilarious, but probably not viable in a real game.) This time around my team won, though again top lane didn't get involved until really late.

This tank meta may be boring to some, but it lets things like this be more common and I greatly enjoy it.

One of my friends did this with his enemy laner he was Garen and they were Sion , The rest of the team had a legit 4v4 while they were getting 500cs. Welcome to the island my friends.

Play Nautilus. He's incredibly tanky, and with a RoA, he can deal a significant amount of damage. His combo rotation can win you most early trades (Q in, AA, W and E, AAing as you go)

I love Nautilus, he's my go-to champ for most ranked games. I typically build RoA cause it gives everything you'd want on Naut, and if the game lasts long enough I like getting Iceborn Gauntlet as a last item

Just play Chogath instead. His combo rotation actually kills them lol.

Play Swain

He sustain tanks in teamfights, provides solid CC, especially when chained with someone else's, and dominates lane against melee's. Against almost anyone a level 3 combo hits for 75% of their health.
