It's actually more like this https://i.makeagif.com/media/9-15-2015/JV4_81.gif

Because you'd better grow a thick skin or the tilt and negativity may just get to you.

On the plus side, those ranked games in higher epos are some of the best matches I've ever had.

What is ranked like when you play off meta picks like Morde and Skarner? I only play 3v3 so there really isn' a Meta

Malicious Metal3 votes

Mordekaiser raises more eyebrows than Skarner. Skarner's always been hovering around a 53% win rate but reactions to Mordekaiser range from: -Wonder: "Wow! There are still Mordekaiser mains in 2016?!" -Suspicion: "Please tell me you're not first timing him or trolling." -Anger: "WTF?! Why would you pick garbage like Mordekaiser."

Or my favorite one: "Oh Mordekaiser. Who does he work well with? Oh, Nautilus top instead of Rumble? sure thing."

Me: I'm actually really terrified.

Terrified of what?

Ralanr4 votes

Oh you know, ending up in bronze and having my opinion be trashed for months because I'm bronze.

At first it'll just annoy me, then it will start getting to me.

Sahn Uzal4 votes

or you'll end up in Gold after placements and think

Ralanr1 votes

Haha, time will tell.

Papa Andrei1 votes

Shhh, just go to 3v3 and do Ranked!! Then you can say your plat without all the actual struggle of ranked

EvilUnicornLord1 votes

This is too true.

"You're just X Rank and X Champion main so your opinion doesn't matter."

I've found the best response is:

"When you have to dig through my profile to fling dirt at me rather than returning with a well informed argument, clearly you're out of ideas."

I used to be you.... A wanderer... A lone wolf... having no where to call home in this strange section of the boards.

But now I am here... I am... Tarian... I am someone that rose from nothingness...

But I did not do this alone... I had help from others such as Laughing Fish, Malicious Metal, Face The Sun...

One day... you will yourself with a choice of whether to meme... or run... choose wisely my friend
