Raiku Kawisa1 votesYa, it was a Placebo nerf. Everything about Shyv's Q stayed intact. If they really wanted to hurt Shyvana's Q ability, they would have to remove its AA Reset or its double-hit effect. Her Q could have 0% scaling and it would still be fine on her.
