Bloodstone Taric was actually the first skin I bought back in Season 2, iBook myself for a Taric main and grabbed it because I thought it looked cool (that may have also been my slight emo phase coughcough) and it still is the skin I like the most out of the rework
no, you need 5 of them, to form the pentagram and summon teemo satan out of league of legends, so he may wreak havoc on the world once more.

I got 2x Malphite shards from a single chest once (it was one of those seasonal chests that gave two pieces of loot guaranteed). Not a skin, mind you. The actual Malphite. It didn't even give me two pop-ups or queued them (if you get a Gemstone or Essence, for example, there's a "Next" button) - it literally said Malphite x2. I'm pretty certain the "Add to loot" button used to say "Awesome!" or something, too.

It's actually a pretty under rated skin, just as good as fifth age imo
