Riot games what the hecc

Alright, I am genuinely confused on what board to put this in because Riot has left so many bugs in the game that it has turned into a meme. I think that the client needs an over haul and many bugs in the game that keep occurring for me are a little annoying. I for 1, don't know if they fixed the visual bug with the plants in the jungle because I haven't seen them in a while, and the bug that shows me having vision on the map without having actually vision after DC'ing is still a thing.
