Team reported me for winning. We were so far ahead and my team was just farming kills in the enemy base instead of winning so I kill the nexus and my team flipped out.
I got reported for my build being different than what someone else builds when they play the same champ. He kept raging and saying I was retarded for not building what he thinks is right. People need to understand that different playstyles sometimes call for different builds.

I was once reported for "feeding" after I went 0/3/40 as Zilean. (This was old zilean, with global passive and targeted Q etc). I was the support.
My midlane Zed tried to take my blue so I smited it. I was a fed Fiddlesticks.
Taking Red Buff as a fighter or tank instead of allowing our feeding ADC to take it (when the enemy divers all have dashes or blinks), even when I'm fed or jungling.
Not ganking for one of my feeding allies, even if I'm getting kills and objectives for our team everywhere else on the map.

I was third pick. Said ADC Please when I got into lobby. Last pick got mad that he couldn't ADC and said that it was decided last game lobby(someone dodged) that he was going to ADC so he picked ashe support and attempted to troll. We ended up dominating the lane. And at the end of the game he kept telling everyone to report me for trolling. uhm. what?
I'm not a toxic player (usually) so if I get reported it tends to be because of something stupid. The most common thing I get reported for, bar none, is for roleplaying my champion in chat. Especially when that champion is Mundo.

I was once reported for dying protecting the ADC. The ADC raged constantly at me for dying in protection of them. So I decided I wasn't going to die for them anymore. Then they raged and wanted me reported for not keeping them from dying. I saw no way to win in that situation.
