Looks like a Quaker Parrot to me. I used to have one, they are cool little fellas.

Their vocabulary is limited and lots don't speak at all, but I did teach mine about 5 phrases. He was not very politically correct. The only two I can write on here were "Love you", and "Whatcha doin?".

Where I once lived, there was a parrot at tourist-farm-thing (it was kind of like a petting zoo) that everybody taught NSFW phrases/words. It was a homophobic, misogynist and racist parrot (amongst other things).
