Teemo is not that bad anymore.. I mean, he's annoying, but compared to Vayne, Illaoi, Yasuo, the only toxicity in him is the E passive.... I prefer to play against teemo anytime, at least i'm not being oneshoted OR surrounded by tentacles all the time.
