They call it ''Sion-Level rework'' because they put the same amount of effort they put in the Sion rework in Taric. Sion was propably the biggest rework ever, he basically became a new champion so its a good guideline for champions that need the same amount of work, so you can imagine how much they propably change the champion.

though the rework for him doesn't look that bad, it does look a little annoying because now he's a "team player", but his kit still looks capable of functioning solo or jungle even now. the myth is confirmed!
