It would actually work pretty well now too.
I'm more a fan of arcade urgot, where his recall is him on an arcade machine surrounded by mt dew an Doritos, but star guardian is the meme we've been waiting for.
Agreed, it'd be the new meme skin.

He needs a rework first, and sadly it seem Riot counts reworks as a new skin. He'd be bumped to the bottom of the list.
