I made some points about the marksman changes

the marksman changes had a lot that could go wrong

basically, marksmen that didn't scale with AD would be way more popular and champs that could abuse burst damage would start doing things like along with the new BF sword upgrade just for burst damage

notable picks: Tristana, caitlynn, kogmaw, ezreal, teemo, ashe(as she will be directly affected by the changes to infinity edge)

mordekaiser might even resurface, but I doubt it
