Ranked sucks

It is almost impossible to climb. I did really well in my placements and got 4 S in my placements and I got bronze 2. Fair enough I can climb out, but it's impossible. I get one win then the next three or four games my team ints in one way or another so we lose. Like last game I was a 6/0 Lee sin. Doing well but my phone was 2/7 and kept diving in and my team wouldn't group and would just run around the jungle and get caught out. They feed and I lose..... Can you please make it if someone on the losing team has a good game still that they don't lose as much lp. And please actually do something about people who just feed.
