My brother actually was in that matchup once. He said it was the most boring game he has ever been in by a long shot, literally 0 lane interaction outside of the occasional wither for cs denial. That was it.
Had a game like this on PBE when the Archduke skin came out. Both teams made a pact that Nasus had to stay in lane and only farm, and if so no one would gank until 20 minutes in.
