get a kill and rest of enemy team escapes with low hp.

leaves red buff, pings me and the team to retreat from the red buff.

i once had a blitz wait in the bush, i kept pinging him to pull it to stop them from fighting it, a few seconds later, he pulls it AND STEALS IS, those are the bltiz you want
