Tough call between the jungler who decides he just has to go get wolves/krugs/whatever even though it's 40 mins and he's full build, while the rest of the team is trying to push. Or the ADC who decides that it's a good idea to go solo push a lane with no vision putting them right close to the 5 enemies that just based/spawned.
It's usually whoever is the most fed on the team to be honest. The player who thinks that having a kill count of over 10 makes them god only to be slapped hard with a dose of reality by the enemy.
Jungle, Mid, Top, ADC...It could be any one of those.
