New champion: it's Veigar but auto is ultimate

Do Riot know how to balance new champion? Let's see what her passive have

1. 16%(at lv 11) current HP on every 2 auto/1 auto+ 1 ability/2 ability
2. extra 3 gold /mist of minions
3. 1 AD/mist. 25 range, 15% crit rate(or 35%life steal)/20 mist
4. spelltheif is changed to adaptive force on her
5. a little neft on attack speed and crit. BUT 20% MORE DMG ON AUTO + 20% target move speed.
6. Countdown of passive is for each champion, not overall countdown.

THIS IS JUST HER PASSIVE. oh, i forgot that she can cancle animation of her fcking 800+range auto!!

So what is the problem? well, there is none if you are ok with getting two shot by 30 min-Senna (normally 200 stacks). She works fcking well with crit, attack speed, ap, lethality (3more coming next season). And she can just buy full tank as well. OR JUST SELL ALL ITEMS AT 30 MINS AND STILL FCK EVERYONE IN THE ENEMY TEAM UP because 200 stacks at 30 mins is fcking normal.

at 200 stacks: ad: 250 range: 850 crit: 100% life steal : 35%

AND THIS IS WITH NO FCKING ITEM. And all of this well balance is just from her passive alone.

SO YEAH, SHE IS BALANCE
