Now prove to someone who thinks Lucian ult should proc with muramana per shot
I've calculated this previously, and having the (hopefully) correct math
gives you:
+25 attack damage
+1000 mana
+25% base mana regeneration
Passive
UNIQUE – AWE: Gain attack damage equal to 2% maximum mana.
Active
UNIQUE: Toggle: Single target abilities and basic attacks (on-hit) consume 3% of current mana to deal 6% of current mana as physical damage.

Having the first column be the mana WITH ONLY muramana and base stats ONLY (lvl18 = 995 + 1000 (Muramana)) = 1995 starting mana, with consecutive column is the mana pool after the 3% mana loss per hit, and the followed by mana used per shot IF APPLIED, then left over mana, where the next part of muramana kicks which is the 6% of the current mana procs (left over from initial muramana hit (Assumably how that works)) Followed by the damage per shot (50+ 20% of total ad = 74.6 per shot)
Theoretically if lucian was able to proc muramana on ult, and he hits EVERY shot(30 total), would deal Total (muramana damage)+ Total #2 (per shot damage added)=4556.282 damage....
So no NEVER should be able to proc it

Also why do you think korean teams are stronger in lcs and competitive play... They statisticaly have higher mathmatical prowess to other countries, and can do things like that in seconds.
