There's a bit of both.

Vel'Koz is a cyclops. I didn't notice any "lesser eyes" particularly since his Definitely Not Vel'Koz skin only puts on glasses for one eye.

And if you call a normal human with glasses 4 eyes, then what do you call a cyclops with glasses?
