"Accident"
= OP
Come on team don't hog all the teemo shrooms, others need to heal too
Gotta ask where that gif comes from...

When this happens, and no apology follows, I am inclined to leave that one to himself for the remainder of the game. There is no excuse to not watch their pathing at all times. Accidents happen for sure, but then an apology would be expected, as this is a team game after all.
Some unwritten ARAM rules: -Healer has glyph priority (aka you got low HP, healer got low mana, the healer gets it). Exceptions would be if the mage has low mana and healer got low HP - then the mage gets it.
-Always(!) ask before roling a champion. And don't EVER roll Sona in ARAM! And if you for whatever reason don't want to play her, then give her to me.
A grey area: -If you get the only tank on the team, you should keep it. Especially if got a good peeling kit (Amumu/Leona/Nautilus). "Put the team before yourself" applies.
"shut up you're only gold, what do you know" - well, perhaps I am only Gold, but I have played over 6000 ARAM matches. So I do think I know what I'm talking about. ^^
Also, a top tip: Griveous Wounds also affects the healing effect from glyphs. Can you safely wait for that debuff to wear off before taking the glyph, it's recommended that you do it.

Hide in bush, then sneak past to get executed.
