I'm glad some people are understanding how strong ziggs is even with his high skill cap but good lord as a main of this champion it can be painful and hilarious to see them try to play ziggs XD http://imgur.com/nrUrSmz?NoDirect

I want to know how ziggs got so popular? Did the Yasuo apocalypse come to a wierd end then all of a sudden people wanted to play Ziggs every game?

I don't play ziggs adc but last season in ranked and normals as Duo ziggs.

Duo as in i'm duo carrying with my adc I dont ks minions unless its needed or at 15 mins in the game, burst enemy and carry with my adc, No sightstone.... Basicly a support who buys only damage and no wards like zyra or annie XD.

I fear that he may get a nerf :\ when something gets too popular it tends to get nerfed.

...Zyra and Annie still buy sightstone though. item 2301 exists for a reason.

Yes at your elo supporting is hit or miss. Support is not a second mid. You are still expected to do your job which includes vision and denial of enemy vision. Hence sightstone and sweeper. Riot literally gave people zero excuse to not buy one with the Eye line being created.

Zyra with item 2301 wreaks havoc and provides proper vision to her team. Mana, cd, gold generation, and vision all in one cheap, item efficient slot.

Imo support is one of the best roles I dont find it a 50/50 role as you say it is its the easiest role in the game.

Not all support champions and the player itself need to buy a sightstone early. If im playing tahm kench I have move speed, armour and 7.5% cd on my runes and masteries even about to 13% cd if i use the intelligence mastery, you can just easily take your adc out of danger with zero effort.

If your adc pays attention (or your premade) you can use thresh, we all know how annoying it is when some people dont take a thresh lantern.

Still most support players should still buy a sight stone but there are some times where it wont be needed but thats my opinion and mine can be countered by some really good arguements.

Obviously will buy one or two control wards, im not a jerkoff so i will buy some wards XD.

Keep in mind i respect the meta of support but at the same time as a support main you should break the meta (pretty much like anyrole) aslong as it has a benefit to the team... so no silly things like support singed, udyr.

I did a few games this season and just quit. Some of my friends who are still climbing (three in plat now) they tried to convince me to ignore autofill but its so annoying to deal with it especially if your allies in SoloQ threaten to troll because they dont want to play a role they got assigned to. Untill later this year when more mature gamers play league or if autofill gets removed then i will return to ranked but for now. NOPE.

You dont have to hammer the information down on me I know about support items but to be honest i do wish there was an AD version but from some of my friends who main lee sin and riven it would be a pretty frustrating thing for some bot laners to deal with. There are 3 other AD tanks i play on support sometimes and thats Kled, Teemo, Sion.

With teemo say what you will about him i dont care but his mushrooms are basicly wards and with a frozen mallet and black cleaver (i know you can't use his abilities to shred armor but only auto attacks but thats not a problem if you know how to position.

Kled is an odd one I wont go too much into detail but well obviously he can't give vision whcih is a kick in the go-nads but he can catch up to all adcs with no problem with possible acception of ezreal. Get a tiamat then if your being fair get a sightstone if you wish or just get black cleaver or a trinity force then go to town.

Sion, He is so much fun to play and it baffles me that Sion's invisible Q in brushes is still not patched out, You can build sion almost anything with AP, AD with HP or just full tank.

Sorry for tldr but i like to explain or share information with others regardless of the person.

Look at high elo and see how many do. You can halfass a role or do it well. That's up to you, but I strive to ever improve in anything I do in life. I take pride and am passionate as a support main.

A perfect example was the season 6 wrap up report where we all got to see our personal results. Compare it to the professional supports and look at the warding differences.

I do often enough in normals. I was one of the early buyers of Ivern for the exact reason to play him support. Fiddle, Ori, Maokai, Galio, Veigar and likely others i'm forgetting. I have plans to work on support Camille in the future as well as support Ashe. I have no issue with meta versus off meta. I have issues with people not understanding what a support role actually is.

I do agree an ad version similar in execution to item 3303 would be a nice addition. For now item 3301 or item 3097 do a fairly nice job at it.

Support is one of the most dynamic roles that a fair amount of the playerbase don't see the potential in. You're a nurturer and protector of your marksman and later your entire team. You help them slowly grow into a killing machine. You're a strategist. You and jungler keep your eyes on the map, keeping in mind objective timers and watching for moments of oppourtunity. You're a spy. Not only are you keeping you and your allies safe with a constant field if vision as you push into enemy territory, you are denying it to the enemy.

Support isn't flashy. It isn't there for swelled egos. It's the quiet, steady patience sitting in the back keeping their team alive and pushing toward victory.
