IT's funny I was playing League when it first came out and I forgot how but found out about the PBE and told my friend about it in skype we both started at the same time and he got in and I've still been on the waiting list and I know people that have been playing for about 2 to 3 years and they have gotten in. I notice they spend a lot of money on League so I wonder if that helps cause unless my browser is bugged I still haven't got in.
I'd be willing to sell my PBE account.
