Korra gifs: Mixed feelings. Legend of Korra was alright, but I thought she was a total brat and constantly wanted her shit kicked in. From what I remember, karma (no fans, reported) was drunk that series and let her get off mostly scot-free for her poor decision making. Maybe a scolding from the old guy (don't remember his name), but Korra would just throw a temper tantrum at him, so he usually made out worse than Korra did.

It definitely wasn't the original A:TLA, but that is a really REALLY high bar to reach for. Legend of Korra had its moments (the animation is slick and definitely captures the original's quality, and the bending ring idea is a really cool evolution of the underground tournaments that Toph was in from the original), but it felt like Nickelodeon desperately trying make lightning get into a bottle twice. It just wasn't gonna happen.
