Urgot rework is coming after TARIC rework , which is the NEXT rework oncoming. And the one and only Y0L0RICK rework.

If i heard true ; Riot explained Urgot rework will be come in 2016. after the The Boy Who Shattered Time tease cause' lots of people thought that zaunian giant a Urgot rework.

They didn't say 2016. They said they were aiming for early 2017. This what when they said they wanted to do a mid year update in 2017 for the binary assassins like talon and akali

Urgot's rework. Thing is, Riot takes their time, but they eventually deliver.

I don't think Half-Life 3 is going to be released anytime soon at this point, my guess is that Valve is waiting for some sort of new gimmick to spearhead with Half Life 3, which probably won't crop up any time soon. My guess is that they'll release Half Life 3 when VR becomes popular and commonplace.

Really? What's the VR set that Valve is pushing, with the motion controllers? I can see it now "Valve announces the long awaited HL:3, only playable on this one Valve endorsed VR headset. Get your copy now for a whopping $800."

Seems like a big enough "gimmick" to me.

Thing is, Valve knows PR, they know that if they piss off their consumer base too much, they won't be as eager to purchase their products, so I doubt that they'll make HL3 only playable with VR headsets, but it'll probably be the optimal experience. They'll probably wait until VR headsets start being more commonplace and their price drops to more affordable levels.

But that's just a theory that I have, I don't know necessarily what's the hold up with Half Life 3.

The thing about Half life is that it feels more like a glorified tech demo in some places. Half Life 2 started that trend when the source engine first showed up, introducing physics puzzles and such. And repeating that stupid seesaw puzzle for 2 more games in the series.

At this point, they're either waiting for Source 2, or VR.

Well, Urgot as is can't really be allowed to be too strong because when he's strong, he feels much like Yorick, kinda anti-fun to fight. His fantasy is meant to be "living weapons platform" yet only one ability really at all feels like that.

As somebody who loves Urgot, I do want to see him reworked to clear up some of the issues with his gameplay style (doesn't promote a lot of interaction with opponents, way too powerful as a lane bully, kinda weak at other parts of the game), as well as to take his ult and put on a champion that actually makes sense on.

I mean, don't get me wrong, Urgot's ult is barrels of fun, but it makes no sense on a long-ranged character.

I really like Urgot, even if he is underpowered he's extremely fun and useful. He's actually a really good pick, but people don't utilise him to his fullest potential a lot of the time which is quite sad.

They've buffed Urgot a shit ton the past few patches. I seriously think they're no longer reworking him and just trying to make him strong again.

They touched him once by changing his resistance type on his ulty, first time they touched him since 2012

All of his buffs were on PBE and they've all been scrapped

He has been buffed by adding a mana refund on his Q and Mana scaling on his shield.
The buffs weren't scrapped, they're still on the PBE, they just were removed because they weren't meant to go on 6.4
