This is actually how I got my first "leave buster".
The game sat at the loading screen for about 7-8 mins or so.. (usually only takes like 2-3 mins to load). Wondering what was taking so long, I restarted the client and BOOM, the game was already 11 mins in.
It wasn't just me that had an issue tho, 1 or 2 people on the enemy team were constantly disconnecting and one of ours never connected at all.
So it was like a 3-4 vs. 4.
Even though we won, I still got a "leave buster".. though I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean, considering it was Riots servers that screwed up, not me or my ISP.
I did this once. I typically alt tab while the game loads, but one time my comp was muted so I couldn't hear the game start.

I never had that issue before the Chicago servers. Stability OP.
