Rules

  1. No ability except your ultimate may be special and non-you (unless you have superpowers, in which case, why aren't you fighting crime?)

  4. Your passive should be something innate in you (see my example) Myself- Passive- Lazy Shield Your secondary bar is called laziness. It get maxed out by doing work, and when filled, armor and MR is massively increased, cause you're to lazy to care about pain (true story). Q- Weaboo Stuff Upon cast, both you and the target are suppressed, while in a conversation on why Re:Zero is much better than SAO anime stuff. Both of you take damage because you both are wasting your lifespan. W- You make obnoxious gas sounds, and everyone near you is disgusted- a copy of the status effect terrified. Just everyone moves faster away from you. E- Holy Punch of Epicness Your next AA deals 2% extra damage. R- Summon Harambe Upon cast, you summon Harambe's spirit. Harambe has 2000+ health and deal 5% of the enemies current health. However, if he attacks a pre-teen, he dies instantly. That's my idea. Show me yours!

Passive: I don't give a shit.

Every time someone is toxic to be I brush it off, Vayne, Riven, and Yasuo will have 95% reduced damage and I will do true damage against them. Any cc they have will not affect me.

I dislike a post, leaving the enemy target sad and is disconnected.

I upvote an ally with compliments, they are suprised I'm not toxic and have 80% increased defenses, mana, health, ability power, and attack damage.

E - Blame the jungler

I blame the jungler for the next time I die in 5 minutes. If I die in 5 minutes, the jungler is automatically banned because the enemy team reports him.

Stars rain down on every enemy, this ability has no mana cost and no cooldown and will do 750% AP as true damage to every enemy minion, neutral monsters (including dragon/baron) and enemy champions in one giant blast.

Passive Hungry = Eats baby toads in the jungle to gain 5 Attack Damage

Q = Rage Throw shit at the enemies when my ping is shitty.

W = Money Hungry Passive: Gains 10 gold every 10 seconds Active: Click on enemy champ to steal all gold in their pocket

E = FF Your team is going to lose and you know it, pressing this button self destructs Nexus

R = Toad War All toads consumed unleash at all enemies doing damage based on how many toads youve ate. 1 Toad = 20 Damage.

De'Vante: The Chronic Masturbater

Passive: Statue-tory Offender

Devante magically links his erection to one of the 2 nearest structures, if its an allied structure, Devante and his erection become "invigorated" granting 4% damage reduction increasing to 25% over the course of 4 or more(in-game time not real world) hours. if its an enemy structure devante gains a "Fetish" for the nearest enemy champion giving his abilities additional effects. (cool-down 6.9 seconds)

Q- Blow/Bang

devante orally pleasures his surrounding teammates, granting the "invigorated" effect, and Healing for 6.9% missing health. if devantes fetish is within 650 units, he can reactivate this ability as Bang. devante fires a long white tether onto his opponent, that coats the ground around him dealing (250/360/470/580/690)(6.9% ap/ad) on impact and(12/24/36/48/60) for a duration, if the enemy is a fetish, the white area turns into a clear, flaky material blinding the enemy, doubling the D.O.T and rooting them in place for 1/1.25/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.

W-Passion/Shame

passive: devante gains 40% movement speed while moving towards his fetish

active: devantes abilities deal an additional 10% of the targets maximum health, 20% and 10% to near by enemies if the ability first hits his fetish. devante can reactivate this ability as Shame. devante transfers 50% of all his stats to a target ally champion, and becomes untargetable, as he attempts to hide his disgrace from the world.

E-Ruby for Vigor

devante uses thoughts of ruby, an old flame, to motivate himself to stop masturbating and actually approach people, if devante is not dealt damage to or displaced for the next 5 minutes he has access to " Happy Ending", if he is he gains access to "Money shot". he gains 20% defensive stats and health during the duration

R- Happy Ending

Devante tethers to an allied champion, both he and the tethered champion gain, the "Healthy Reletionship" Bonus, +50% to all stats, 50% damage reduction, and a 100% slow on the next 7 auto attacks

"MoneyShot"

Devante releases pent up sexual frustration, about the enemy, with a massive throbbing swing of his member knocking up any champions hit by it dealing no damage but being the longest knock up in game at 2.8 seconds, he then fires a thick warm white beam, dealing massive damage t anyone including allies caught in the load. 150/450/750(80% ap/ad scaling) x the amount of female yordle champions in game.)

Passive: i don't even know Immune to all rebuffs since i have no clue what the fuck Q: bullshit Bullshit comes and does true damage that scales ap W: salt Salt blast that does magic damage E: tilt The whole map is tilted, causing everyone to fall to bot lane, usually causes massive team fights R: I AM NOT FUCKING BRONZE Your team is boosted to challenger and the enemy team is demoted to bronze 5. Gain IRL skill corresponding to level.

Passive: Oooh, shiny.

HP and mana regen are randomly toggled on and off with random MS boosts in between. Also, autoattacks deal randomly 80-100% of your AD to minions if you're only last-hitting for the past thirty seconds. Also, gold coins randomly appear on the map but don't actually do anything except look pretty.

Q - Power Corrupts

A charge ability. The champion pulls out a book and begins to read it, and then immediately releases a magic wave depending on the charge length. If charged to the max, the enemy champion gains enlightenment and breaks its bond with the enemy player.

W - Gratuitous Cursing

The champion curses, buffing ally younger champions in admiration and debuffing enemy older champions who are disgusted by their immaturity.

E - Harder, Daddy

The champion deal damage to another champion, friend or foe, but they like it.

R - What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

For the next thirty seconds, everyone is randomly assigned a new team. This means their alliance changes with all minions, towers, and the team chat. Also, all chat is disabled during the duration. Have fun!

DEADLY ZERO - The Loner Top lane Fighter NO MANA/ENERGY USAGE

Passive: Taking a nap!

At 30% HP I take a nap becoming invincible for 30 secs as I regen huge amounts of lost HP for 10 secs. CD: 60/40/20 sec CD (6/11/16)

Q- Regular Punch

A regular punch in the eyes blinding the enemy. 100/120/140/160 (+10% AD) CD: 3/5/7/9 sec

W- Glasses? Who needs them!

I throw away my glasses gaining MS/AS/AD/Armor/MR for 10 secs. +20%/+30%/+40%/+50% CD: 25/20/15/10 sec

E- Ninja Star in the face!

I throw my ninjas star in the face causing massive true damage and a 10 second bleed. _100/200/300/400 True Damage CD: 10/8/6/4 sec _

R- Bowling Ball Throw!

I put on my wrist guard for bowling and I chuck my bowling ball causing severe true damage with a slow and a blind. (Carries 2 charges) 400/600/800 True damage/20% slow/40% slow/60% slow CD: 60/40/20

Passive- Super Oblivious I take only half the damage I am supposed to take at first, but then, after 10 seconds, realize what is going on and take the other half of the damage that was delayed.

Q- Coffee Break I sit down and drink coffee to rejuvenate my senses, restoring 30/35/40/45/50% of my max mana and increasing my max health by 3/6/9/12/15% over the next 5 seconds. All cool downs are also reduced by 1 second every second during the channel (the same amount of seconds are reduced when empowered by ultimate). After 15 seconds, I crash, causing me to lose all of the mana and bonus health gained through this ability. Cost: No Cost Cool Down: 40/35/30/25/20 seconds

W- Let Me Think! I try to concentrate for the next 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, putting myself in Stasis and causing me to shout at nearby enemies who come within range, preventing them from being near me. Cost: 80/95/110/125/140 mana Cool Down: 30/25/20/15/10 seconds Circle Radius: 200

E- Yawn I let out a yawn, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+40% AP) magic damage to enemies in the target direction and, after a 3 second delay, causing them to yawn, stunning them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Cost: 55/65/75/85/95 mana Cool Down: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds Range: 1050

R- Sleep is for the Weak For the next 15 seconds, Coffee Break's cool down is reduced to 2.5/2.25/2 seconds and it's channel time is reduced to 1.5/1.25/1 second(s). Cost: 100 mana Cool Down: 100/70/40 seconds

Melee 325 movement speed Energy user

Passive: Jaded Fears, Silences, and Stuns from a magical source have their duration set to a maximum of 0.25 seconds.

Q: Arial Acrobatics 16 second cooldown, 140/130/120/110/100 energy Passive: You can walk over small walls, at the price of 50 energy. Perform a flying-reverse-sidekick in a target direction. If you hit someone, deal 70/80/90/100/110% AD physical damage to them and knock them back 450 units. Upon hitting the target, you will spring back 200 units. If you fail to hit a unit, you will crash and burn, taking 150 physical damage and stunning yourself for half a second. Hitting a unit with a higher current HP % will cause the same effects as crashing and burning.

2 second cooldown during HYPE

W: Beats 20/18/16/14/12 second cooldown, 25 energy per second Upon activation, start channeling and enter a guitar hero style minigame. As long as you play this game, all nearby champions (ally and enemy) are forced to dance. If you stop playing, the effect ends. If you mess up, you take 50 damage and the effect ends.

A target enemy is set on fire. They will take 50/60/70/80/90 (+.25 AP) magic damage per second for 5 seconds. If they touch an ally, the fire is spread to them. If two burning target touch, the duration of their fire is reset.

R: HYPE 20 second cooldown, no cost For the next 4 seconds, gain 50/75/100% movement speed, regenerate 100 energy per second, and shorten the cooldowns of all your basic spells. Nearby allies gain 25/50/75% movement speed and have their base cooldowns reduced by 20%.

Kills and assists reset the duration of HYPE.

Passive: Memories of the past- Through reflection of the past, I gain a bonus 10 Xp for every Kill and 5 Xp Assist I make. This bonus stacks (up to 100Xp) and is applied to everything that gives me Xp.

Q: Voice of Rage I channel my anger into a roar, creating a mid ranged cone of damage, dealing 75/125/175/225/275 (+70% of Bonus Attack Damage) in physical damage and slowing affected enemy champions by 15/20/25/30/35% for 3 seconds. Minions and monsters are feared as well.

W: Curse of the Blue Moon passive- I gain a 40% boost in Armor and MR that reduces by 10% for every near by ally Active- grants all nearby allies a shield that prevents up to 30/55/100/155/200 (+30% Attack Damage). My attack speed is also increased by 10% (+5% for every ally champion I shield) for 4 seconds.

E: Short Attention Span I immediately forget what I'm doing and also forget about all CC and burn damage affecting me. both are then negated for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds.

R: Berserker's Respite- Enters berserker mode. In this mode, All my stats are increased by 25/30/35% for 8 seconds and abilities cost no mana. After Berserkers' Respite ends, I am slowed by 35%, deal 25% less damage and am unable to use abilities for 8/6/4 seconds.

Passive: Terrified of heights

Ignore the next knock up. After being hit gain further immunity for 1/2/3 seconds. Recharges after being unaffected by knock ups for 24/22/20 seconds.

Q: Fancy hats

Pick a hat, cycling between 3, reactivate to choose. Activating any hat increases attk speed for the next three aas (10/20/30/40/50%) with the final aa having a bonus effect. Helmet, aa does bonus dmg and heals for that amount. Fishing hat, aa roots. Top hat, aa slows and does dot.

W: Disturbing yordle rant

A very detailed and disturbing rant about a certain fae sorceress. Causes enemies in an area around the caster to cringe away. Acts as terrify for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, champions affected for half as long.

E: Wall flower

Go invisible gaining bonus movement speed when moving away from enemy champions.

R: Time to d-d-d-d-duel

A barrier is raised locking both you and the target champion inside (everything besides you + target are moved out of the arena). Can't be dashed or jumped over (flash still works) target champ takes 1/3/5% of attk dmg as true dmg. Barrier lasts 5/6/7 seconds and can be cancelled early with a recast.
