Family primarily, especially my Grandfather. He just forwards basically every email he gets to everyone on his contacts list. So much political propaganda, weird and fallacious stories, and 50 year old jokes.

I get them from my family because my grandfather really likes emails, so he forwards them to everyone he knows. Admittedly I do not get many emails from friends anymore, as they normally contact me va text message or facebook.
