Soraka's ult's power increases if the ally has less than 40% hp and that bonus is much bigger than any Karthus ult if the ally is not at 2% health or something.

I'd imagine that to be true. Soraka doesn't scale with AP too well.

Ok, crap. But, Wish heals 50% more if the target is under 40% hp, which if you're worried about karthus ult, they will be. That means wish really has 225/375/525 (+82.5% AP) health, way more than karthus with any AP in.

His own. Just like Olaf's passive gives him AS based on his own missing HP. (Which is why it's scary trying to duel a low Olaf. Burst him.)

Her ult is one thing but the 240 + 0.6 AP (on a 2cd without cdr W) say hello. Her self heal is 130 + 0.8.

Soraka shouldn't buy anything else than Ap and cdr.

im just gonna end this debate. soraka ult will always beat an equal level and AP level karthus ult due to the MR most targets have when dealing with karthus. Maybe an adc without MR is the exception to this rule, but tanks and mages will generally survive.

Personal favorite thing to do as Soraka, the few times I was against Karthus was wait for his Ult Channel to almost be done, then use my ult heal. Giving him hope until the last second just so gets frustrated even more (however this has backfired when I've been a little too late to cast my ult)
