Then you get blown up by Karthus.

As the Soraka player that blows her ult just for you when you're about to die in top lane.

Don't fucking go back in and die.

Personal favorite thing to do as Soraka, the few times I was against Karthus was wait for his Ult Channel to almost be done, then use my ult heal. Giving him hope until the last second just so gets frustrated even more (however this has backfired when I've been a little too late to cast my ult)
