He just wants to pull you in close.
I always feel pretty evil picking him. Veigar should've told me how good evil felt :3

Blitz hook is easy af to dodge if you have good reaction time. If not I suggest playing this, Ive been playing it for weeks now and went from an average .249 to a .187.
