Hey guys, Riot Fuckwad here, I think Teemo's been underperforming with only a 54% win rate and that is unacceptable. Here are some proposed changes that will be hitting the PBE tomorrow.

Passive:

  • Now only takes .5 seconds to activate
  • Attack speed increase changed to 200% at every rank.

Blinding Dart:

  • Now costs 0 mana
  • 75% more range
  • Now deals damage over time (along with current base damage) 50/75/100/125/150 magic damage

Move Quick-

  • Passive movement speed increased to 50% at all ranks
  • Now when he activates this he's unkillable for the duration

Toxic Shot-

  • Poison never runs out
  • Damage doubled

Noxious Trap-

  • Can now be placed globally
  • Unlimited charges
  • When Teemo is killed a shroom is placed on top of every enemy on the map.

I think this will just put Teemo in a great spot in the rest of the preseason and he will be perfect for season 8 solo queue.
