Oh man, I spam my dance if there is no one to kill. Karthus goes bat-shit insane.

Usually though, due to Karthus' lack of play, everyone stands around in your E after you die while you Q them to no end, maybe throw in an R if it's up, so you're always too busy still having more people join your choir to dance.

Well its only 2.5 seconds of living hell for the target... Not many think about having fun. Instead they are debating how to kill me, and quickly at that, once it ends.
