Oh man, I spam my dance if there is no one to kill. Karthus goes bat-shit insane.
Usually though, due to Karthus' lack of play, everyone stands around in your E after you die while you Q them to no end, maybe throw in an R if it's up, so you're always too busy still having more people join your choir to dance.
