Actually Nunu is a great niche pick like against Panth in top lane. Makes his shield useless. Out pokes because Nunu Q > Panth Q and slows. Gets free mana and a ton of sustain. Bullies Pantheon out of lane, basically what Pantheon does to other champions.

None of these are good reason to play Nunu. Nunu could be number 1 in every lane and it wouldn't change the fact that he's so. Incredibly. Boring.

Your use of "good reason" isn't literal so it's kind of confusing.

I read a article how Nunu is one of the highest winrate in the jungler Plat+ in the last patch.

A champion being Binary doesn't mean they aren't worth playing lol.
