I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this was a Mobile Legends skin for Odette called Mermaid Princess Odette. The splash is entirely unchanged, and a lot of the skin was ripped from the Mobile Legends game and combined with River Spirit Nami. You can find the Mermaid Princess Odette skin in game here.
