Needs moar Garen.
I like to play Garen due his simple mechanics. But I think the nerf applied to turrets on this new patch will make him less viable.
Last night I played against a no jungle duo top setup, Ashe + Anivia. At first I was 'WTF?', but eventually I realize it was a highly viable lane, as they shut down the first turret very quickly. Our jungler, Sejuani, wasn't that great, as she couldn't farm the enemies' jungle nor gank properly. And I'm pretty sure our bot, MF + Lee Sin, was a duo... hum... bot... As they refused to communicate even after Lee Sin accomplishes a strong 0/7, and MF finishing the game with a 4/8 K/D.
I know that Garen is not the best counter for ranged champions, let alone two of them. But Rito could give him a little love nonetheless. Maybe a buff for his W (more protection? lower CD?). Maybe changing his ult to TD, or slowing nearby enemies (at least the fancy animation would make more sense).
Regarding towers, I do appreciate that they don't slow champions anymore, but maybe it should be rebalanced in order to not change the game too much. An enemy team dive before the patch was not that easy to contain (depending on their level), but now it is practically impossible to.
Maybe if turrets deal more damage to minions depending on the number of allies and enemies nearby... More enemies, more damage to minions. More allies, less damage to minions...
