Small tip (don't have time to watch the full thing because I'm out and on mobile right now):
Go to your settings in the client > Go to the "In-Game" section and select "Hotkeys" > Scroll down and open the "Display" section > Add a hotkey for "Show/Hide HUD" and then press that button.
Alternatively, you can download the League Director (free, official tool created by Riot themselves) and flick each of the settings off.
This frees up a bunch of clutter on the screen that most people don't care to see. If you go the League Director route, you can turn off individual elements (so you can leave the minimap on-screen but take the chatbox off, etc.)
If you disable your HUD, you can still use the built-in recording function (I believe the default is CTRL+V but I could be wrong) however you should try and use something else like OBS or GeForce Experience/Nvidia Shadowplay (both free!) since those will give you higher qualities.
