master yi was "back" when guinsoo got buffed in the same patch as conq being added

True for higher elo, but in my elo conqueror is not really needed, lately I use Hail of Blades to stack rageblade faster. We, gold elo noobs, fight a lot without preparing conq/rageblade stacks and that is where HoB kicks in and maximizes damage output. In high elo conq is definitely better (also new essence reaver helps high elo Yi players quite a lot).
