League of Legends VODs

How is Riot unable to upload a VOD after each match on the official league of legends website but it is done by multiple users on youtube every single week? I am trying to watch the first couple games from the LEC this morning and get the challenge completion at the same time but all the games they "uploaded" say there is no game currently streaming (duh, I want to watch the past games) whereas I can find each game on multiple youtube channels already, but don't get the quest completion that way. It seems like a pretty simple issue to me that they just don't care enough about to fix.
