I think the nerfs to taric won't be enough

Holy. You know, I wanna claim this is broken, but honestly, I think it's acceptable, purely because the enemy didn't even try to kite you, and let you sit there getting free heals off them.

Not much in the way of attempting to dodge those dazzles either. Plus I mean yas should probably not being trying to fight a Taric 1v1 unless he is super fed which that one did not look like he was at all.
