Riot didn't message you. Blitzcrank made that message appear by putting a bunch of spaces after "haha" then typing "[Riot] S+ for you" making it appear on a new line. http://i.gyazo.com/e6ef476a5e97fda5b6a6e4382d64f4d8.png If someone does that and tries to make you do something, report them. I mean something like "[Riot]: If you do not close your client and wait for the match to finish, you will be permabanned". Something like "S+ for you" is harmless.
