Is there a list somewhere for which champs you did it with without needing to upgrade from Machete? Just interested in how many champs could ACTUALLY do this at level 1 right off the base.

side note. does dragon not offer XP? i didnt notice any of these champs leveling upon dropping drag.

You need 280 XP to go from level 1 to 2. A level 1 dragon only gives 75 XP. This is meant to discourage junglers from taking dragon early, as they are better off farming other jungle creepers for more XP and gold. Dragon only gives 25g.
