Riot please fix The matchmaking system

I usually dont complain much about my teams , but today i got matched with completly new player to League. WHAT is he doing in gold elo when he is completly new to league. HE didnt even know where the dragon is.... isnt that the reason why iron elo exist ? to put there new players / new accounts ? Why they putting new players and all of the smurfs into gold elo... some1 has to look at the matchmaking system... its just ... no words ... i will just show you in this video my match history... you can look at it yourself but .. yeah im gettign matched againts smurfs or im getting matched with smurfs , i have literally to stay afk in both situation because , its either he stomps us 20-0 or our smurf stomps enemy team and we have to afk. I want to play the game and getting matched againts people from my elo. againts people of my skill ... why im getting matched agaitns challengers or completly new players????

Iron exist for reason RIOT please put there completly new players !!!!!
