I'd be interested to see how Leona jungle would work to be honest I've found I can clear the whole jungle with her but I haven't tried a real game: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/IrXAdm8b-champions-that-can-clear-the-jungle

You can have smite and ghost.
