Shoutcasting for beginners

So me and another person (He is the shoutcaster and I am the analyst) are doing some streaming for some tournaments we are going to be holding in the near future. I was curious by any current shoutcasters or analysts if there was anything we could do when we find ourselves getting stuck in a habit of saying a certain phrase (I keep saying "Oh for sure" or "Oh, absolutely" a ton), or when we find the game is very uneventful for people to watch.
