How to get PBE

I pressed the thingy to get in "queue" for pbe, but i have waited for 1 year, and i still haven't gotten it? I was able to download the pbe client, but i could never create an account. :p

Oh cmon bruh, i just checked and i need to be honor lvl 3, but the new season, and i signed up before honor levels, waaaayyyy before honor levels.
