Highlights stored to client

I was kind of upset when I found out that highlights cant be seen by whoever looks at your profile. They are stored to the computer so if you log into a different computer, they are not there, or if someone logs onto their account on your computer than your highlights will show up. I understand that I probably takes a lot of space and could get very expensive to save clips to the account itself, but if you just allow 2 or 3 like rune pages and the rest have to be bought, that would be really cool. I would pay like 5000 BE or 200 RP for a highlight slot...even if it is just priced that way or even only available during the preseason BE store. I spent a bunch of BE on mystery ward skins even tho I like the wards I have and really did not like the new ones I got.... just because there was nothing else for me in the store (expect one chroma that I guess I liked for a champion that I never play).

Please think about upgrading the hightlights page so that they can save to the client insted of just to the computer.
