Recorded with OBS, and it seems to have uploaded in no quality higher than 240p....
Is there anything I can do about this?
(Any tips/suggestions never go amiss)

Check online for guides for recording they should help more
My partner and I actually started a youtube channel about three weeks ago and we ran into the same "problem." The thing is, it seems that recently uploaded videos on youtube stay at 240p or 360p for a little bit as they get processed and then the highest resolution they were recorded in becomes available. Since your video is now viewable at 1080p, that seems to be what happened.
