Learn how to put music in the stream, you don't have to talk but (no offense meant by this) no one will watch low elo gameplay without a very hyper personality. Music at least adds something to listen to and more of a personality to the stream based on your taste. Advertise before and after every game really its what most of them do anyway, and it works generally pretty well
