Yeah, Fiora is strong, now also against Riven with her W!
I wouldn't really call it a nerf haha. She has more potential now than before. Cept I mained old and basic attacked people to death. This one just doesnt feel right to me. However her Riposte is amazing. If 
Tries to Dragon Kick you and you riposte him. He wastes him ult and is stunned XD
